He spent five years building Bitpanda's customer support/community department from scratch and scaling it from pre-seed to unicorn. His knowledge in the field is extensive and he is known for his strong analytical and managerial skills.

Dominik Kuhn

Dominik is a highly skilled tech professional with expertise in support administration, front-end development, and automation. He has built several crypto communities, researched for VCs and design thinking companies and was responsible for administrating and transforming Bitpanda's support IT infrastructure. He holds a degree in IT and business, and is known for his strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results.
